2.   Decide how you are going to present your information.  Make it interesting!

3.   Begin writing your news piece.  Remember, you are responsible for giving a 3 minute presentation on the news show.  This time counts as part of your grade!

6.   Create a concept map linking all the reports and visual aids together.

7.   Everyone is going to use the video camera.  Give your teacher a list that tells who is going to film which person’s segment.  Everyone MUST use the camera, this also counts as part of your grade!  PRACTICE before you begin taping.  You may not start over once taping has begun.  If you stumble over a word, just keep going!  J

Conclusion of the Lesson:

Invite your family to a showing of your great news show!  You might be able to make it extra special and have some ancient Egyptian food to serve.  You can also invite other classes to view your show.
